Products and availability

We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Handwoven and handcrafted pieces may have small variations in colour, texture, or motif. Product availability can change, and an item is not reserved until an order is accepted.

Orders and payment

Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout in Indian rupees. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; dispatch and payment updates are sent separately. We may contact you to resolve an order issue or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, with any paid amount refunded under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own terms.

Delivery, cancellations, and returns

Website use and content

Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s account. Site text, images, and branding belong to Moolmaati or their respective rights holders and may not be reused commercially without permission.
